Rules of Play

To help us maintain a calm, safe, and enjoyable space for all families, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
2. Shoes must be removed upon entering the play cafe. Socks must be worn at all times (for both children and adults).
3. Food and drink are not permitted in the play areas.
4. To keep our environment calm and enjoyable, running, rough play, or boisterous behaviour is not permitted. Please be respectful of others, especially younger children.
5. Our baby area is designed exclusively for children under 18 months old. Adult supervision is required at all times.
6. 6. We encourage gentle, respectful play. Please take care of the toys and equipment to keep them safe for everyone.
7. Kindness matters - bullying, fighting, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Please dispose of any food or drink waste in the bins provided. Any spills should be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible.
9. Any injuries must be immediately reported to a member of staff.
10. Some smaller toys may pose a choking risk. Younger children must be closely supervised at all times.
11. Personal belongings remain your responsibility. We cannot accept liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
12. When taking photographs, please ensure only your own child is included, out of respect for other families.
13. Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed, with the exception of baby milk. If you have any special dietary requirements please get in touch.
14. To keep our space comfortable and not overcrowded, all visits must be booked in advance.
15. It is the Lead Bookers responsibility to relay these terms and conditions to all individuals in their booking party.
16. All bookings are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances - and at the discretion of Management, we may honor a booking transfer.
17. Please raise any concerns with a member of staff immediately.

The Party Tribe Play Café does not accept responsibility for any accidents, injuries, loss, or theft that occur as a result of negligence or failure to follow these terms and conditions. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept that use of the facilities is at your own risk.
